Greetings! I am Kang Hyeong-gu,
Chairperson of the latter half of the 9th Suncheon City Council.
We will create "a citizens' council that listens and acts."
As representatives of the citizens,
we will listen to the citizens' voices
and achieve their aspirations through proactive action.
We will faithfully fulfill the council's inherent functions of checks and balances
on the executive branch and create a council that presents the best alternatives as a partner in administration and acts proactively.
Policies are only complete when they capture the citizens' voices.
Remembering that citizens are at the center of everything,
we will ensure that voices from the field are reflected in city administration.
The power to create all this lies with you, the citizens.
