City & construction committee consists of 7 members. It manages city & construction bureau (City dept, construction & disaster managing dept, construction dept, road dept, traffic dept), pure water managing center (water and sewage managing dept, water supply dept, sewage dept), sports facilities managing office, city development business place, etc.
